Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
•1 Ripe Banana 
•125g (5oz) Blueberries
•25g (1oz) Porridge Oats
•15g (½oz) Wheatgerm
•1tsp Honey
•75ml (3oz) Milk – Semi Skimmed (healthier!)
Method
1.Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
2.Pour into glass and top with a few blueberries.
3.If it is too thick add some more milk to suit.
4.You can use a mixture of oats – oatmeal, wheat germ, oat bran instead of porridge oats.
