Ingredients
•820g apple
•320g blueberries
•2 tbsp caster sugar
•1 cup oats
•½ cup plain all-purpose flour
•¼ cup brown sugar
•½ teaspoon cinnamon
•¼ cup chopped macadamia nuts
•2 tbsp margarine
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2.Add the apple, blueberries and caster sugar in a 2 litre ovenproof dish.
3.Add the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts in a mixing bowl. Then add the margarine and mix with a spoon, followed by your hands until the batter is evenly moistened.
4.Spread over the apple-blueberry mixture and bake for 30 minutes, until the crumble is lightly browned.
